We rented the cabin to celebrate my son's 15th birthday, and brought 2 of his friends with us to celebrate. The property was very nice, everything matched the accurate descriptions, there were some things that had happened, but the host informed us immediately.
Plenty of space, the pool was nice, and after the hot tub heated up, it was wonderful. The host were super responsive, and super easy departure instructions.

From the moment we made our reservation, the hosts were incredibly responsive, efficient, and genuinely kind. The house exceeded our expectations—it’s spotless, beautifully organized, and exactly as pictured. There were plenty of fresh, great-smelling towels, along with a fully stocked kitchen and all the cleaning supplies we could possibly need. The pool was absolutely pristine and very spacious, perfect for relaxing. One of the best perks is that you can bring your dog at no extra cost, which made our stay even more special.

Very nice cabin with plenty of space. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or request. Indoor pool is a good size and hot tub was cozy. Our kids loved the pool table and arcade games!

Our stay was just what we needed! We give The Hibernator “5” stars! Our hosts were very attentive and all questions were answered in a timely manner! Our dog even enjoyed his new home away from home! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks Ryan and Amanda for hosting us!!!

Amazing find!! Amazing host!!! From the size of the house, the number of rooms/bathrooms, dog friendly area in the house and everything you can think of for the perfect stay. Pool was heated and clean, outside covered area was great to lounge after a long day in the sun. The house was clean and comfortable with extra linens and pool towels! Perfect for our family vacation. The location is close to everything but secluded enough for peaceful retreat. We loved our stay and will definitely be back here!!

The Hibernator was an incredible choice for our family. It sleeps plenty comfortably, has multiple amenities to keep everyone having fun, larger pool than most, clean, feels like home with everything one needs for meals etc, absolutely wonderful hosts with some of the best communication I've experienced while renting for traveling. Highly recommend for your vacation in the beautiful mountains with an incredible view! Thank you Ryan and Amanda! We'll be returning in the future.

ryan was a past great host! he was the best! the cabin is amazing and the host the same. a group of us went up for my birthday weekend ended snowing us in and Ryan was the best at making sure we were ok at the ho.e and on going back home past appreciate it. the home was so much to do and it was beautiful best one I been to so far. thank you Ryan you and your property are the BEST!!!

Ryan and Amanda were amazing hosts and their cabin is GORGEOUS! The view is unreal and the cabin itself was SO CLEAN and tidy! We were really impressed by the cleanliness and when we checked in it smelled so clean.
During our stay, we got stuck in some bad weather (a winter/ice storm) and Ryan & Amanda were so quick to respond to our questions and give us guidance on their roads and safety precautions!
The pool was divine, the hot tub was awesome, and the arcade room had the best view of the mountains.
We definitely recommend staying with Ryan and Amanda!

We had a great stay, place is great with so much room! Ryan was responsive and helpful, house was super clean, appreciated the shampoo/comditioner/bodywash!! Looking forward to maybe staying in their other property in Pigeon Forge!! Can’t go wrong with picking this house, close to the parks, tons of restaurants/stores nearby!
